Is standard U.S. shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. There is no minimum purchase. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are outside this shipping zone.

Contact customer support within 30 days of delivery with the order number and item.
Who pays for return shipping?
Free Return Shipping on Eligible Returns. For returns that meet our return policy conditions, we cover the return shipping cost. Customers do not need to pay return shipping fees for eligible returns.
